The Ticker: Madness, Marash, Jones…

> CNBC’s Fast Money Madness is back this year, with 64 companies competing for the title of champion. Viewers can enter their picks online, with the bracket selection closing at 5pmET today. The tournament will run from tonight until April 7.

> FishbowlDC notes that David Marash has left al-Jazeera English. Marash was a former Nightline correspondent (which our friends across the pond apparently thought airs on CBS).

> TVNewser has learned that Andrea Jones, executive director of media relations for ABC News, is leaving the network and D.C. and relocating to Los Angeles, California. Jones took over the position from Emily Lenzner in June 2006. Lenzner now returns to the role she left.
