> In his first televised interview since leaving office in September 2007, former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales will appear tonight on The O’Reilly Factor on Fox News Channel. Fox News contributor Juan Williams is sitting in for O’Reilly.

> Other current and former Bush Administration officials will be sitting down with Larry King tonight. Josh Bolten, Andy Card, Dana Perino and Ari Fleischer will all be on with King to discuss the legacy of Pres. George W. Bush.

> TVDecoder reports TV Guide Network has found a buyer. TV producer Allen Shapiro and private equity firm One Equity Partners, “have agreed to purchase the channel and the TV Guide Web site for about $300 million,” reports Brian Stelter. The network is available in 83 million homes.
