Witt will be based at NBC News HQ while Grandy will host from Washington.

> CBS’s From the Road blog has pulled over for good (or at least for a few years). With the culmination of the campaign, the blog compiled by CBS’ off-air reporters, is shutting down. “It seems more like 14 years ago than 14 months,” said Scott Conroy, who covered Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin.

> 60 Minutes correspondent Morley Safer poured through more than 500 submissions to come up with 70 works of art as part of a multimedia, news-centric exhibit called “In the News.” The exhibit at The Pen & Brush in New York’s Greenwich Village run through November. And if you’re a news purist, this might be enough to check it out: “What surprised me was the absence of commentary on the national obsession with celebrity news,” Safer said.
