> TVDecoder reports TV Guide Network has found a buyer. TV producer Allen Shapiro and private equity firm One Equity Partners, "have agreed to purchase the channel and the TV Guide Web site for about $300 million," reports Brian Stelter. The network is available in 83 million homes.
