Top Today Show Producer Leaving

TVNewser has learned Noah Oppenheim, the number two three producer at the Today show, is leaving. (Oppenheim overseas the 7am hour. Don Nash is the #2 to EP Jim Bell) Oppenheim has been with the peacock in various roles for eight years, including stints at NBC’s foreign bureaus, proudcing MSNBC’s Hardball and Scarborough Country, and helping launch CNBC’s Mad Money.

Recently, Oppenheim launched David Gregory‘s MSNBC show Road to the White House.

We hear the departure is on good terms. Anyone know where he is headed?
