Two Men Plead Guilty To Stealing Lee Corso's Head

The case is officially closed on Lee Corso‘s missing mascot head from last December.

Earlier this month, August Cuneo was ordered to to pay a fine, court fees and enter a four-month diversion program after pleading guilty to second-degree theft.

A second man, Alexander Westerberg, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a theft charge for stealing the oversized ESPN prop from the set of College GameDay during the Civil War game between Oregon and Oregon State. The Oregon fan was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and has to write a letter of apology to ESPN.
