Viewers Are Discovering ‘Matthews Show’

The Chris Matthews Show is celebrating its fifth anniversary next month. In a B&C Q&A, the host says “the quality of the show is beating the PR.” (In the Sunday A.M. ratings, it’s even with Face the Nation and ahead of This Week, after all.)

“I’d like more people to know about the show,” he says. “It takes people a while to discover things, but we have the electoral cycle coming up, and we should be at the top of this game.
