What’s Doug Vogt Up To?

Doug Vogt (Bob Woodruff‘s cameraman when the pair were injured by an IED last year) wrote a message to ABC staffers yesterday on the one-year anniversary of the attack.

“I just want to let you know how happy I am to be sitting here and talking about it,” he wrote. “It seems easy to say now but there were times during the year when I asked myself how and why this had happened and why was I lucky to bounce back in such a fortunate manner.”

David Westin says Vogt “is helping train some of our colleagues in the art of shooting in the field, as well as taking classes to move us forward in the HDTV world…”
