Which TVNewser Logged the Most Facetime During the Last Decade?
News consultant Andrew Tyndall has added up minutes each network news correspondent spent on the air in the last decade. And the winner?
NBC’s Andrea Mitchell.
The longtime chief foreign affairs correspondent for NBC News logged 2,416 minutes on NBC Nightly News from 2000 to 2010. Mitchell beat her colleague, NBC’s chief science correspondent Robert Bazell who had 2,328 minutes.
Tyndall says NBC had five of the six most heavily used reporters. The exception was CBS Pentagon reporter David Martin.
