About 12 hours before his appearance on “Good Morning America,” Bill O’Reilly discussed — on his show — the influence the big three network morning shows will have on the 2012 race. It was a one-sided segment since the only guest was from the conservative watchdog group Media Research Center, which is not known for saying much of anything good about ABC, CBS or NBC.
