Williams Helps Honor Vets at Gala

FishbowlNY has the info on last night’s “Heroes Gala” held at Gotham Hall in NYC by the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA).

NBC “Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams hosted the event, and according to Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer, who also attended and tweeted about the evening, he did well: “NBC’s Brian Williams did a terrific job as MC tonight @IAVA event in Manhattan. Keep supporting this group.”
