Williams to Interview Ahmadinejad

After a quick trip home, Brian Williams will be back on the road this weekend to interview Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Williams and his team will travel to Iran this weekend, with the interview taking place in Tehran on Monday. Excerpts will air on the Today show, MSNBC and msnbc.com. Williams will also anchor Nightly News from Tehran on Monday night.

Williams last interviewed Ahmadinejad in Sept. 2006 when the Iranian leader was in the U.S. as a guest of the U.N.
