Wolf Blitzer‘s gotten some big bookings the past couple days, and he’s got another tonight.

Today, Blitzer talks with House Speaker John Boehner who yesterday said President Obama “doesn’t give a damn about the middle class Americans.” The interview airs on “The Situation Room” at 4pmET. On Tuesday, Blitzer asked Mitt Romney national campaign co-chair John Sununu if he regretted saying “I wish this president would learn how to be an American.” He told Blitzer, “I shouldn’t have used those words. And I apologize for using those words.”

And yesterday, Blitzer interviewed Jordan’s King Abdullah II. The interview came on a day of major news out of the region: the killing of Syria’s defense minister and two other high-ranking Syrian officials as well as the bombing of a bus filled with Israeli tourists in Bulgaria, which Israel blames on Iran.
