Woodruff’s Return: Emotional Day At GMA

“This is a joyous day for all of us at ABC News because Bob Woodruff is returning to work,” Diane Sawyer said on Good Morning America today.

Woodruff was greeted with a standing ovation by the GMA staff. Along with a taped interview, Woodruff joined the hosts on the set.

“It’s been 13 months since I stopped by this place, this show. It’s been really great to see everybody here,” he said.
