Matt Brode returns to KVOA as chief meteorologist. He comes from the CBS Affiliate in Portland where he had been the Weekday Morning and Midday Meteorologist.

Maurice Drummond joins KMOV in St. Louis as Sports Director. He was weekend sports anchor at KTVI.

Jessob Reisbeck was recently named weekday morning anchor at WITI in Milwaukee.  He moves from KMPH in Fresno where he was the weekend sports anchor.

Matt Johnson has recently joined KFMB in San Diego as a reporter. He comes from KATV in Little Rock.

Walt Maciborski is the new main weeknight anchor at KEYE in Austin. He was an anchor/reporter at WXIN in Indianapolis.

Julie Grant is the new weekday morning anchor at WGHP in High Point, North Carolina. Julie was an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburgh.

Mahsa Saeidi has been reporting at NY1 in New York City.  She moved from WCTI in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where she was a reporter.

Jamie Ratliff is now reporting for WVIT in Hartford, Connecticut. She was a reporter at WXXA in Albany.

Nineveh Dinha has been promoted to 4 p.m. weekday anchor, from weekend anchor at KSTU in Salt Lake City.

Muriel Bailey joins WAFF in Huntsville, Ala. For the past two years, she has been a reporter, producer and fill-in anchor at WTVY in Dothan, Ala.

Morgan Fogarty joins Al Jazeera America as a news anchor based in New York City. She comes from WCCB in Charlotte, where she was an anchor.

After a year freelancing for WCVB in Boston, Liam Martin becomes a full-time staff reporter.

Kate Larsen moves to KNBC in Los Angeles from KXTV in Sacramento. Larsen will be a freelance reporter at KNBC.

Demetrius Ivory joins WGN in Chicago as a morning meteorologist. He comes from WTAE in Pittsburgh, where he has worked for the past eight years. Read more

She was the co-anchor from Bismarck, seen around the world. Van Tieu, the weekend anchor at KFYR in Bismarck, has left North Dakota to return to her native San Francisco Bay Area. Tieu counted A.J. Clemente among her co-anchors at the station — for all of 30 minutes. You know the story by now. He uttered an expletive during the first few seconds of his first newscast back in April, was fired for it, then took his story to “Today” and “Late Show with David Letterman.” At last check Clemente was bartending in Delaware. Tieu, who’d been with KFYR for 8 months, departs the station without another TV job lined up.

Shannon Houser joins WSAZ in Huntington, W.V. For the past two years, she has been a reporter and weekend anchor at WTAP in Parkersburg, W.V.

Idolina Peralez joins KPRC in Houston as a weekend meteorologist. Previously, she worked at KIFI in Idaho Falls, where she was known as Idolina Walker.
