Elizabeth Tumulty has been named executive vice president of Affiliate Relations for the CBS Television Network.

She will report to CBS president of affiliate relations Diana Wilkin and will work with Wilkin on negotiating new affiliation contracts and all affiliate related initiatives.

“I’m thrilled to have someone of Elizabeth’s professional caliber joining our team,” said Wilkin. “Her business acumen and vast knowledge of the inner workings of the affiliate-network relationship make her well-suited to keep CBS and its affiliates at the forefront of an always-evolving industry.”

Tumulty has over twenty years of network, local television and syndication experience. Most recently, she was EVP of Network Distribution for the CW Network and was the CW’s first head of Distribution and Affiliate Relations. Before working for the CW, Tumulty was SVP of Affiliate Relations and Communications for the WB Network. She has also held senior broadcast management posts with FOX and NBC affiliates.
