David Kinchen Set To Join Philadelphia’s WTXF

David Kinchen, who until June was a reporter and fill-in anchor at WEYI in Saginaw, MI, has been hired at WTXF, the Fox owned-and-operated station in Philadelphia.

“This has been and continues to be a monumental year of change,” Kinchen wrote on Facebook, noting he is “looking forward to the new journey.”

Kinchen, who will be a general assignment reporter for WTXF, is a Detroit-born political reporter who has worked for a variety of local stations in Michigan in addition to WEYI — WNEM in Saginaw, WLNS in Lansing and WXYZ in Detroit. He also hosts an Internet radio show called “Kinchen/Gonzales TONIGHT.”
