WFLD isn’t done re-making its morning show “Good Day Chicago.”
The Chicago FOX owned station has added MJ Witt as executive producer for the show.
Witt, who started her career in Chicago, has worked at WMAQ, WTTW and WLS. She has also been a producer on “Extra,” “Inside Edition,” and ABC’s “20/20.” She replaces Dominic Stasi who left for WGN last month.
In the last week, “Good Day Chicago” has added Jon Kelley from KNTV in the San Francisco Bay Area, Melody Mendez from KDVR in Denver and feature reporter Jake Hamilton from KRIV in Houston. The station added Natalie Bomke also from KRIV as “Good Day” co-anchor in September.
