Accused Tucson gunman Jared Lee Loughner is due in U.S. District Court today for arraignment, and part of the hearing will include a consideration of motions filed by Phoenix’s KPNX to unseal all documents in the case that have been sealed so far, including search warrants.

KPNX’s Trisha Hendricks reported live from Tucson this morning, providing a preview of the hearing (video above). She mentioned the motions filed by the NBC-affiliate and emphasized that the hearing will be the first time Loughner has appeared in court since the deadly shooting in January.
