Meteorologist John Gerard is joining WFOR, the CBS-owned station in Miami, as the weekend weather anchor. In his new role, which begins June 15, he will also be the primary fill-in for chief meteorologist Craig Setzer.
“With his wealth of experience in the South Florida market and his expertise in general, John Gerard makes an excellent addition to our weather team,” WFOR news director Liz Roldan said in a statement.
