New York TV Gets a Little Help From Their Friends

New York TV stations are enlisting help from their O&O friends covering the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. As we told you yesterday, WFOR (CBS) South Florida reporter Ted Scouten is in New York covering the storm and aftermath for both his station as well as WCBS. And today on WNBC, we spotted WTVJ (NBC) South Florida reporter Julia Bagg in Belmar, New Jersey along the Jersey Shore. And further north, Jim Rosenfield, of WNBC sister station WRC in Washington, DC, is in Keansburg, NJ on the Raritan Bay. In the case of Rosenfield, it’s a return to WNBC. He was the anchor of “Live at 5″ from 2000-2005.
