Jon Werther has been named chief of strategy at Meredith Corporation, the owner of 12 local stations. He was previously president of Simulmedia, an audience-targeted television ad network.

John Malos has joined KGMC as host of  “Connect With Me.” Until 2005, he was an anchor at KMPH.

Sports reporter Britt McHenry has rejoined WJLA from Fox Sports San Diego.
