On the Move, 6/20/11

Christin Ayers is promoted to staff reporter from freelance at KPIX in San Francisco. An Edward R. Murrow Award winner, Ayers left Denver’s KMGH in January after two years there as a reporter.

Devon Lucie, a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist, becomes the evening meteorologist for NewsChannel 8 in Washington DC where he has been freelancing since January.

Sheila Brummer becomes a morning and noon anchor for KMTV in Omaha. Brummer grew up just outside of the market and is happy to be home.

Stephen Ryan has joined the news team with KTVK in Phoenix. He anchors the Saturday evening news and covers the police beat as a reporter.

Robert Santos is promoted to weekend news and weather anchor at McGraw-Hill’s KGTV in San Diego where he has been since 2009. In addition to the weekend assignment, Robert will be the primary fill-in meteorologist Monday-Friday.

Christin, Devon, Sheila and Stephen are represented by Liz Hart, and Robert is represented by David Ahrendts of Napoli Management Group.
