RTDNA Announces 2011 National Edward R. Murrow Award Winners

The RTDNA announced the recipients of the 2011 National Edward R. Murrow Awards today.

Indianapolis’s WTHR won two awards in the large market category, for both Video News Series and Overall Excellence. Other large-market winners were Dallas’s WFAA and Seattle’s KING, who each took home two.

In the small market category, Buffalo’s WGRZ won three awards — for Video Continuing Coverage, Video Reporting: Hard News, and Overall Excellence.
