Ryan Lochte Stops By ‘Good Day Philadelphia,’ Hilarity Ensues

“Good Day Philadelphia” anchors Mike Jerrick and Sheinelle Jones had trouble keeping it together at the conclusion of their interview with Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte this morning.

The WTXF interview ended on a somewhat strange note with Lochte discussing what the film crew for his reality show, “What Would Ryan Do?,” does when he goes to the bathroom. After they bid him goodbye, Jerrick and Jones spent more than two minutes trying to control their laughter on the air (watch starting at about the 4:00 mark here).

“Seriously: how are they gonna get enough material?” Jerrick asked. “What was the question that stumped him?”

Jones, who tried to string sentences together despite snorting and crying with laughter, repeated “but he’s so cute!” as she tried to catch her breath.

“She’s snorting. We gotta go to break,” Jerrick said.
