Bigad Shaban, formerly of WVUE in New Orleans, has been hired as a full-time correspondent for CBS Newspath.

Chanel One News anchor-reporter Adriana Diaz will join CBS News’ digital journalist unit in January 2012.

Meteorologist Lynae Miyer joins KSL in Salt Lake City from KCEN in Waco.

On the Move, 2/14/11

Lesley Van Arsdall has been named weekend sports anchor at KYW-WPSG, CBS’s Philadelphia duopoly. Van Arsdall joined KYW-WPSG in 2003 as a general assignment reporter. Most recently, she had been co-anchoring KYW’s weekend morning newscasts.

Bigad Shaban makes his debut with New Orleans’s WVUE. Shaban signed with the Fox-affiliate in August but had to sit out a non-compete clause after departing crosstown rival WWL.

Matt Goldberg joins NBC O&O KNTV in the San Francisco Bay Area as managing editor.  Matt has been the senior investigative producer at KNBC in Los Angeles for the past eight years.

Johnny Archer is jumping 112 markets as he joins WHAS in Louisville following a reporting stint in Pocatello/Idaho Falls. Archer is a graduate of Temple University.
