Previously, Johnson was a correspondent for CBS News in Washington, DC.

Adam Joseph has been named the 10pm meteorologist for WPVI in Philadelphia. He will continue in his role as meteorologist for the 4 and 5 p.m. newscasts, as well as co-hosting the weekly entertainment show.

Eric Kahnert returns to his home state of Minnesota where he will anchor weekday evenings at KSTP. Kahnert joins the Hubbard-owned ABC affiliate later this month from KUSA in Denver where he was weekend anchor.

“I am thrilled to return to my home state with my family, and proud to continue my career with the Hubbard family,” Kahnert said in a news release.

Kahnert worked for Hubbard’s KOB-TV in Albuquerque before joining Gannett-owned KUSA in 2009.

Kahnert was born and raised in Apple Valley, Minnesota, and his wife is from Northfield.
