VIDEO: WXIN Reporter Gives Up During Newscast

It’s hard to know exactly what went wrong here as WXIN reporter Ann Keil flubbed her delivery during a segment on domestic violence, which aired during the Fox-affiliate’s (late) 10 p.m. newscast on Tuesday (video above).

Since Keil appears to completely bail on her stand-up, it’s possible that the station played the wrong take during it’s newscast–the look on anchor Fanchon Stinger‘s face after the gaffe certainly expresses some confusion.

WXIN reaired the segment during its morning newscast on Wednesday, with Keil flawlessly executing her delivery. [h/t Huffington Post]

WXIN in Indianapolis Launches Job Creation Campaign to Boost Local Economy

WXIN, the Fox-affiliate in Indianapolis, has launched a new campaign to get local businesses to start hiring.

The initiative, which was announced on last night’s 10 p.m. newscast (video above) by anchors Bob Donaldson and Fanchon Stinger, is called “Add One Job.” The station is encouraging businesses to hire one person in the Indianapolis region, where the unemployment rate is 8.7 percent. Read more
