The ad, titled “Vindicating Herman Cain,” started being circulated online this week and attempts to show that Cain is telling the truth in denying the sexual harassment allegations leveled against him by citing a story WGCL did in early November.
WGCL news director Eric Ludgood told TVSpy today that the station has contacted the political committee behind the ad and asked them to stop using the video, which features an Atlanta private investigator analyzing Cain’s response to Sharon Bialek‘s sexual harassment allegations using special lie detector software.
The political committee (999 Fund) has yet to pull the ad from YouTube or its website.
“It’s time for the truth,” the ad’s narrator intones (video above). “The media won’t tell you what one of the foremost lie detector experts in America said about Herman Cain.”

WAGA, the Fox O&O in Atlanta, aired an exclusive interview tonight with Ginger White, a woman who claims she has been involved in an extramarital affair with GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain for 13 years (watch above).
White sat down with reporter Dale Russell for the interview, which aired in full on the 6 p.m. newscast this evening. “It was pretty simple,” she said. “It wasn’t complicated. I was aware that he was married. And I was also aware I was involved in a very inappropriate situation, relationship.”
Speaking as a guest on WLS’s “The Roe Conn Show,” Kurtis said that Bialek, who worked for CBS in Chicago from 2006-2007, “has a history.”
“There’s a lot more to this story,” Kurtis said of Bialek’s account of sexual harrassment. “I ride in the elevator at work and I hear very quickly a different kind of story.” Read more

Reporter Mike Paluska brought clips of two statements — one from Cain and one from Sharon Bialek, a woman who says Cain sexually harassed her — to an Atlanta-based private investigator. Each clip was analyzed with lie-detecting software. The results were picked up by a number of media outlets, including the Drudge Report and the Daily Caller, today.
So who’s telling the truth, and who’s lying? Find out after the jump. Read more
In this week’s episode of “5 Things You Need to Know This Week,” Herman Cain sings about sexual harassment, Justin Bieber has a baby with Kate Middleton (I think I have that right), and nobody seems to know the whereabouts of Matt Lauer. Plus, we debut the 1st annual “Where in the World is ‘Five Things You Need to Know This Week?’”
