Jake Hamilton Joins ‘Good Day Chicago’ from FOX’s Houston Station

WFLD has added another piece to its newly reworked “Good Day Chicago” puzzle. Jake Hamilton is joining the FOX owned Chicago station’s morning show as a feature reporter.

Hamilton is staying in the FOX family. He comes from the Houston FOX owned station KRIV where he was an entertainment reporter.

Though TVSpy hears he won’t be doing the same sort of work he did in Houston, he seems to have pushed some buttons in Chicago already. After taking a look at Hamilton’s goodbye on KRIV, Chicago media writer Robert Feder asked, “Is it too late to send him back to Houston?”
