WKRC Adds Sheila Gray to Morning Team

gray_croppedCincinnati CBS affiliate WKRC has announced the addition of Sheila Gray to its morning news team.

Gray is a familiar face to Cincinnati viewers. She left Cincinnati FOX affiliate WXIX in August 2013 after turning down a contract offer and was named special correspondent for Sinclair Broadcasting one week later.

WKRC news director Kirk Varner said in a statement, “We are so pleased to have this opportunity to bring one of Cincinnati’s favorite morning anchors back home to become part of the market’s number one morning news team, right here at Local 12.”

Gray will co-anchor Good Morning Cincinnati from 4:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with John Lomax. She will join Bob Herzog on the 7:00 a.m. show on MyTV affiliate WSTR.
