Jon Ralston and Dana Gentry have formally joined KSNV, the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas.

The pair currently work on “Face to Face,” a weekly political affairs show in Nevada. Ralston is the program’s host and Gentry is the program’s executive producer. “Face to Face” airs on KSNV, as well as two other Nevada stations owned by Intermountain West Communications Company, KRNV in Reno and KENV in Elko.

“I am thrilled to have the ‘Face to Face’ team at KSNV,” Robert Stoldal, Intermountain West’s executive vice president of news, said in a statement. “The program has established a reputation as a place where news is broken, politicians are called to account and issues are thoroughly vetted. There is no other venue like it.”

Four NBC-affiliates owned by Intermountain West Communications have launched redesigned websites as part of a digital overhaul effort that also includes plans to develop mobile smartphone apps for the stations.

The redesign applies to three Intermountain stations in Nevada — KSNV in Las Vegas, KENV in Elko and KRNV in Reno — along with one station in Idaho Falls, KPVI. The new website design allows automatic downloads of  news digital content, like slideshows and video, as well as integration with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Read more
