WTVJ debuted a brand-new set and graphics package this week that brings the station’s look more in line with other NBC properties (video above).

The new set, which pairs shiny surfaces and right angles with plenty of blue, is the work of Clickspring Design, the firm responsible for the set design of NBC shows like “Nightly News” and “Meet the Press,” and a handful of NBC O&Os, including WNBC in New York. NBC ArtWorks did the graphics package.

As part of the makeover, the Miami station is now calling itself “NBC 6 South Florida.” [h/t SFLTV]
