Tulsa TV Pioneer George Martin Dies

George Martin, who shaped the way local news is broadcast in Tulsa, passed away this week.

Martin was an anchor with KVOO (now KJRH) in the 60s and eventually went on to serve as the station’s news director. He was 81.
