Former KTVI reporter John Gadson died Wednesday after a battle with Lou Gehrig’s disease. He was 59.
“John Gadson was an excellent journalist, he was a tremendously funny guy, and I was very proud to call him my friend,” reporter Charles Jaco said on KTVI yesterday (video above).
Gadson, who worked at the St. Louis Fox-affiliate for a decade, had brain surgery in November 2010 and never returned to the air.
