VIDEO: Colorado Springs Anchor Acts Out When Graphics Go Down

KXRM, the Colorado Springs FOX affiliate, ran into a snafu during the debut of its new graphics. While anchors Kimberly Price and Justin Chambers were reading a story about approval ratings for the U.S. Congress, the system went down prompting Chambers to choose pantomime to illustrate the story while Price read.

“They got in my ear at the last second and said ‘the computer is down’ so I just winged it,” said Chambers. “It was one of those spur of the moment type things. It happens weekly on our show!”

The station’s bad luck may have been good luck for those watching. Chambers skirted the boundary between bad taste and downright funny with his impersonations of Kim Kardashian, Donald Trump and Lindsay Lohan. Check out the video above.
