A Fort Wayne police officer clocked Reust driving 57 mph in a 35-mph zone in the area of Hadley Road and Pointe Inverness Way about 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
At least 30 minutes after the officer pulled her over, Reust’s blood-alcohol content registered at 0.09 percent. A second test within minutes of the first registered the same level, an affidavit said. The legal limit in Indiana is 0.08 percent.
Reust was booked into Allen County Lockup and posted $750 bond. Her license was ordered suspended, according to court records.
A spokesperson for WANE, the CBS affiliate in Fort Wayne, told the Journal Gazette that the station does not comment on personnel matters.
