WDRB Expands to Include Weekend Morning News
WDRB, the FOX affiliate for Louisville, KY will be adding a weekend morning news show to its lineup.
Beginning Saturday January 19, WDRB will include a Saturday and Sunday regular newscast from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
“This is the next logical step for our news department,” WDRB news director Barry Fulmer said in a statement posted to Jake’s DTV blog. “We already lead the market by offering the most original local news Monday through Friday, and with this latest expansion, we’ll be able to make that claim seven days a week.”
