What Was the Funniest Local News Moment in 2012?

It was an interesting year in local news: there were a pair of anchors in Maine who quit on the air, a station in Chicago that got a little tripped up by a fake plane crash, and a brave anchor in Wisconsin who sparked a national dialogue on bullying with a pointed on-air editorial.
