KAKE is putting the final touches on their new high definition broadcast set. The ABC affiliate will be the final station in the Wichita market to go HD.

Newscast Studio reports the station will debut a new graphics package and an updated set with the HD changeover. KAKE is owned by Gray Television, Inc., and part of the studio upgrade includes the installation of an automation system similar to the one used at other Gray Television stations.
