“Police really want to get this guy,” WJZ reporter Mike Hellgren told viewers on Wednesday, and those viewers can be forgiven for thinking that perhaps “this guy” was Hellgren himself.

In searching for a man responsible for a violent assault, Baltimore police circulated a sketch of the suspect, who is accused of savagely beating a woman following a fender bender on a busy highway.  And the sketch looks a lot like Hellgren.

WJZ unintentionally highlighted the resemblance when it posted the story to its website, positioning the police sketch right by Hellgren’s headshot.
