WLUK Morning News Disturbed By … Hot Dogs?

Tiger Woods and Pete Petoniak have something in common.

The golfer was on the seventh hole at the Frys.com Open on Saturday when someone burst onto the green and threw a hot dog (with the bun) at him. The WLUK meteorologist was in the middle of his weather report on this morning’s newscast when a (bunless) hot dog was lobbed into his live shot from the bushes behind him (watch the video, above).

“This will not be shown on YouTube,” Petoniak declared. “It will not be on video. If you have it on your DVR, we’re going to confiscate it.” (Contrary to Petoniak’s plea, the station uploaded the video to their website under the headline, “Pete gets the ‘Tiger Woods’ treatment.”)
