WNYW’s Greg Kelly Goes After Frequent Critic Joel McHale in Halloween Skit

WNYW’s “Good Day New York” used Halloween as an opportunity to go after Joel McHale of “The Soup” this morning. The Fox O&O’s morning show is often the target of McHale’s mockery so anchor Greg Kelly decided it was time for some payback.
In a Halloween skit, Kelly dressed up as McHale and put on his own version of “The Soup,” which featured a handful of different costumes from Kelly and co-anchor Rosanna Scotto including an impressive turn as Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa. Video inside…
In retweeting Kelly’s link to the video this morning, McHale offered his opinion on the send-up: “Pretty good jokes at the top!”
Here’s “Good Day New York” making an appearance on “The Soup” (starts around 1:00 mark)…
