Delta Is Speaking Our Planeguage
Awhile back we commented on Delta's extreme brand makeover, which we thought made a few important steps towards improving those hours suspended helpless in the air. A viral video series produced for Delta by The Ebeling Group is the latest evidence they're on the right track. The animated shorts called Planeguage actually portray the unpleasant moments we've all experienced on an airplane, and without screaming "Hey! Delta is awesome!" at the end. We commend their humor and their restraint. The London Underground should take a hint.
