This Room Brought To You By Haagen-Dazs
If you go into a Holiday Inn, you're kind of expecting to see some Holiday Inn branding. Or, rather, you know going in that you're going to see nothing but. But from Promo magazine, we learned that Haagen-Dazs is getting into the branded hotel business itself, first via a single room in a boutique hotel in San Francisco. If this is the start of things to come, can we just say that we're more than happy to start branding the miscellaneous stuff in our own personal lives? Like, say, you're more than welcome to create an entire brand experience inside this writer's car or bathroom or whatever. Bidding for anything starts at $35,000. Here's a little about the hotel: The Nestle brand is sponsoring a "Sweet Suite" themed room in the Hotel Triton in Union Square. The hotel has rooms that were designed by celebrities, but this is its first tie-in for a brand-designed room. Email This Post |
