Pony up something north of 650K and in return you get not just an apartment, but a fully outfitted lifestyle solution, engineered down to the smallest details. smart.space is appointed with the finest accessories, brushed stainless steel appliances are to be expected (aren't they?) but aside from that you'll sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress that comes as part of the Murphy Bed (pictured above). On your beside table: some reading from the library they provide, along with a glass of vino from the wine stock.

My favorite part of the layout is the office area that you create by lowering a platform from the ceiling above the Murphy bed. Well, I love the Murphy bed too, as well as the bath tub which looks absolutely divine. The aesthetic is a little minimal for my taste... all that whiteness would be a recipe for disaster between me and my Haagen Dazs and Ollie and... her Haagen Dazs, but I'd love to take a little vacation there (without Ollie, sorry baby.)
