Back To The Cell

On this day of cliche, we bring you… real estate. The tiniest apartment in Manhattan has just been put on the market, with current bids floating somewhere in the neighborhood of $215,000. Located at 321 East 43rd St, the Turtle Bay (just another word for Midtown?) apartment is about the size of a “one-car garage” or the “average jail cell,” according to the Post, which also calls out some fancy broker math.
The broker claims the co-op is 235 square feet, which could only be possible if the bathroom and walk-in closet are counted as living space.
Those brokers, so sneaky all the time with the square feet and the tricksy talk. Our boys at Curbed aren’t buying it either.
