(Nasdaq:DWRI) today announced that it has filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and complied with the February 20, 2007 filing deadline established by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel. The Company is now current in its filings and will notify The Nasdaq Stock Market that it is in compliance with the filing requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market.
