Denver’s Urban Forest Begins to Sprout
After the unbridled, worldwide success of New York’s Urban Forest Project, AIGA chapters in Portland and now Denver have created their own branches.
If you’re heading to Denver for AIGA’s NEXT conference (as we are), you’ll see those banners–like this one by Art & Anthropology–lining the streets outside the convention center. Using the same model as NY and Portland, the banners will be recycled into totebags and auctioned off.
Deforestation = not a good idea
Urban Forest = good idea.
