"Regardless of medium, the best thing is flow, when what you are doing is engulfing you completely. Music is unbeatable for that," designer Jakob Trollback told us recently. The good people at TED have just released a "TED talk" that provides an excellent example of just what he was talking about. Below, Trollback is shown at last year's TED conference introducing an experimental video created by designers at Trollback + Company for "Moonlight in Glory," from David Byrne and Brian Eno's classic album My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. "Music videos are something that I've always been interested in, but they always seemed so reactive," Trollback tells the crowd. "So I was thinking, can you remove us as creators and try to make the music be the voice and have the animation following it?" See for yourself.
